I have reclaimed my health and love helping others to do the same as a certified health and lifestyle coach teaching the last nutritional advice you’ll ever need. For the first time in my life, I am no longer tracking, logging, or constantly obsessing about food. Having discovered food freedom and able to enjoy the foods I love and fuel my body in a balanced way, I wanted to shout it out to the world. I got my certification as a health and lifestyle coach.
